The AIFC Court and IAC are independent in all of their activities but cooperate with the Supreme
Court and courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on matters of mutual interest. The AIFC Court and
IAC annually hold their “AIFC Court & IAC Training Series on International Dispute Resolution
Best Practices” to members of the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of
Kazakhstan. More than 100 judges and training judges participated in the training in 2022.
