  • Delivery to GCC countries (Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Oman) within 3-5 business days

Delivery across Europe (from Poland):
  • Delivery within Poland and nearby countries — 1-2 business days
  • Delivery to other European countries — 3-5 business days

How long does delivery take after placing an order?

Your order confirmation email will include information about the estimated delivery time. Our courier service will attempt to contact you if they need additional information to deliver your order.

Can I track my order online?

Yes, you will receive a unique tracking link via email as soon as your order is packed. This link will allow you to track your order at any time and see when it is expected to be delivered.

What should I do if my order is lost?

If your order was lost during shipping, don’t worry—we’re here to help:

  • First, check the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
  • If tracking information doesn’t resolve the issue, contact the shipping carrier using the contact information provided.
  • If the carrier confirms that your order is lost, please contact our customer support team. We will help by either reshipping your items or issuing a refund.

Can I return my order if it’s not right for me?

At Shaleni, we are passionate about providing high-quality products and an excellent shopping experience. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to offer a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Returns are processed through our website.

How do I return my order?

We’ve made the return process as easy as possible! Here’s how it works:

  • Prepare Your Return: Ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags attached, and packaged securely.
  • Initiate the Return Online
  • Visit the Returns Page on our website.
  • Log in to your account or proceed with the Order ID and billing email if you don’t have an account.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to select items for return, print your shipping label, and package your items.
  • Ship the Return: Attach the return label and drop off your package at the nearest shipping outlet.
  • Track Your Return: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number via email to track the status of your return.
Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

When will my return be processed?

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after they reach our warehouse. You can check the status of your return using the RMA number provided. If you need further assistance, email us at support@shaleni.com.

The return tracking number for my order says delivery failed. What does this mean?

If your return tracking shows “Delivery Failed,” don’t worry! This may occur if the return was delivered outside of business hours or over the weekend. Please check your tracking information again on the next business day.

Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Expect to see it reflected in your account within 3-10 business days. Some banks may take additional time to process the transaction.
